Licensed data access for a working real estate application.

Realty Stack is an authenticated desktop and mobile application for licensed real estate professionals. This request is initially for access under Brent Deptuck's RAE membership, with Repliers providing authorized active and sold VOW data.

Purpose of VOW access. Sold data supports member-reviewed CMA comparable analysis and historical market context. It does not create a public sold-data search or shared access for unapproved users.

Permission follows the licensed member.

Active and sold VOW data are required for listing work, CMA comparables, and historical market context.

RAE and Repliers determine eligibility. Each agent receives an individual entitlement that cannot be shared or inherited.

RAE retains control

Access can be suspended on request. Cached MLS data will be removed, and any expansion returns to RAE for written review.

  • Authenticated desktop and mobile application
  • Active and sold (VOW) data delivered through Repliers
  • Access granted and enforced per eligible licensed RAE member
  • CMA comparable analysis and historical market context
  • Member-initiated, listing-specific assistance
  • Member review before any client-facing send
  • Material scope changes disclosed before access expands

Not included

The requested authorization would not include:

  • Public IDX or anonymous listing search
  • Additional agents without their own verified permission
  • Autonomous outbound communication
  • MLS data used for model training
  • Bulk export, resale, or third-party syndication
  • Transferring one member's data permission to another user

The application

A member workspace, not a public listing portal.

The listing feed is one controlled input inside the existing app. The public page contains no listing search and no MLS data.

A licensed member starts a listing-specific search or task.

Only Board-authorized fields are returned for the approved account.

Realty Stack prepares context and keeps the result inside the member workspace.

The controls below define the requested access boundary.

License-bound entitlement

Initial access is limited to Brent Deptuck. Any future agent must be independently eligible and authorized under RAE and Repliers policy.

No MLS model training

Listing content is not used to train foundation models or create cross-brokerage learning.

Reviewable activity

Draft, approval, send, block, and failure states are retained in the application audit trail.

Revocable by RAE

Feed access can be suspended immediately and cached MLS data removed if RAE requests it.

Approval requested

Member-specific active and sold data access through Repliers.

Initial access is limited to Brent Deptuck. Any material expansion will be disclosed to RAE before access is provided.
